The Lewis Winch Peavey Hook comes with an anchor shackle that replaces the one included with your Lewis Winch.
Simply unscrew the nut and bolt, holding the anchor shackle on the bottom of your portable winch.
Remove the original shackle and replace it with the one included with your Peavey Hook. This is best accomplished using a ratchet and socket, because the bolt and nut is recessed into the fairlead.
Once your Lewis Winch Peavey Hook is attached to your Lewis Winch, you can easily move your portable winch from one anchor stump to another without having to carry an additional anchoring system with you.
This will save the professional logger or woodlot owner plenty of valuable time and money.
