"We were hunting near a popular BC lake on day 2 we shot our first bull. He dropped about 100 yards off the road and we used the Lewis Winch to bring him in. My one hunting buddy was impressed because we had already tried to use the ATVs 2500 lb Warn Winch and had had no success with it. After dealing with that moose we went back out and my buddy shot a moose down in a draw with a small creek. When he got back to tell us this great news he mentioned that the moose would need to be quartered and brought out that way because there was no way we could winch it out. When we got to the site we decided to at least try the winch. Man, were my hunting buddies impressed! That Lewis Winch was amazing. I think he wants to buy one now. Also Darrell and I were Elk hunting this year and we got my boat stuck on a gravel bar. This was the first time I had tried to use the Lewis Winch on the boat, and again it worked perfectly. We were off the gravel bar in no time."

"I use a Lewis Winch on my homestead to move anything I can't do myself. I use mine a lot to move logs in my saw-mill, and also to raise them for log walls on building projects. Don't know what I'd do without it."

"I purchased your winch 6 months ago. I am now able to accept work that my competition can't. It paid for itself the first month. Thank you for producing this great work tool."
- Jim Roberge, New Hampshire
"I work in sugar sand, and vehicles get stuck weekly. I direct mounted a shil 066 that I don't get much use out of because all the hurricanes have taken down all the big trees. Well this winch will actually start pulling a 2500 truck buried in the sand with barely any throttle: this winch is awesome!"

This amazing little thing! I have received my new Lewis Winch and I just want to let you know that I am absolutely satisfied about this little thing (little in size, but huge in power).

"I have been using one of your Lewis Winches for about three weeks, and I think it is one of the best tools that I own. I have been showing it to everyone that I know, they have never seen anything like it. Can you help me with information on becoming a dealer or rep in my area? I am so impressed with this tool that I would enjoy helping others see the value and usefulness of this winch. Thank you for producing such a great product."

I have put my Lewis Winch to work over the last week on my property, which has been soaked with rain for nearly 5 months and we have been unable to get to our residence up a 250 metre sloping drive due to boggy conditions. The winch, trailer hitch mount and ground anchor performed really well and hauled up our 4wd and then a fully loaded tandem trailer. It has been great even though it was still hard work to get the ground anchor stable in the boggy conditions. I have shown it to a number of people and they are also impressed.

My wife and kids took a bit of a wild winter ride on our snowy driveway last night. They got part way up, lost traction and slid backwards on the 15% grade for about 40 very anxious feet. In three easy pulls, the winch walked the car up the remaining 200 feet like a champ. No snatch block, it pulled the car (a Nissan Maxima) with far greater ease than most of the logs I've dragged around the forest. The saw is a 71cc Husky. I would have shot some video but it was after dark; maybe next time. This is a tool that my wife now fully supports!

For a hand logging job in Western Montana we chained the Lewis Winch to a tree above the skid trail and we pulled 16 foot Douglas-fir logs up a 30 deg slope. We used Snatch Blocks and the Tree-Saver Belt to position the logs for a direct uphill pull. I recently purchased a Lewis Winch Trailer-Hitch Mount. I then welded a standard 2 square inch receiver to the front of my logging trailer to accommodate the Trailer Hitch Mount. Now the Lewis Winch pulls logs right into my trailer and will stack them 3 tiers high. I have used the Lewis Winch on jobs like this for over 10 years, and while I have worn out a cable or two, the winch has never failed me.

I love my new Lewis Winch. I bought one of your units from Russ Tait at Tait Trailers in Whitehorse, Yukon. I've been using it to line up the logs for my Woodmizer LT 15 Sawmill. The winch and mill are a perfect combination for turning wood into lumber and cants. What a team! But I can't wait to take it out playing, because I got my Lewis Winch not just for work, but also to play. Your winch is such a great product. I really enjoy yanking logs around with it. I should have gotten one years ago.

I purchased the winch a couple years ago. I love it. This winter was extremely brutal here is Massachusetts. We have had over three feet of snow on the ground all season.
On one occasion I got my plow truck stuck sideways down a hill off of the road. The winch pulled it right out. My cousin couldn't believe it.

Pour moi le Lewis Winch est le moins cher, le plus leger et le plus pratique!!!

"As news (of the earthquake and tsunami) unfolds in Shendai, Japan I am overwhelmed by the amount of manpower, equipment, fuel and time that will be required for the removal and disposal of the debris. I thought of the Lewis Winch being employed to take apart this tangled web of materials. I pray God will help all in need."
